We are delighted to present for sale this discontinued Cartier Santos 1565 which is offered for sale with a service completed by Cartier.
This watch may well have been “swapped” at Cartier for a brand new example. During the month of December Cartier offer a complimentary festive offer of free servicing.
When the service report came back to us for approval we agreed to the following work to be replaced for new at no cost: movement, crown, glass, dial and hands along with the service this entire work was done complimentary additional we had to pay for a new bracelet at a cost of £1,630 without question this example has to be the finest available anywhere.
A ladies Cartier Galbée model reference 1565 preowned example bought from the one owner now presented indistinguishable from a new watch. A stainless steel 24mm case size housing a quartz movement, a cream dial with silver applied roman numerals surrounded by a stainless steel bezel. The original parts namely the case and case back everything else as detailed above was replaced by Cartier.
As shown in the detailed images this watch is supplied with: the original Cartier outer box, the original Cartier inner red box, two original Cartier manuals, an original Cartier warranty holder and the original Cartier warranty book dated December 1997 when first supplied new in Mexico.
As with all of our manufacture serviced watches the additional provenance included which is also shown in the images is the Cartier service pouch and the service invoice (£1,630) dated 17th January 2023.
