For complete confidence and peace of mind when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you are not happy with for a full refund. 

If you purchase in person from our office, we can offer you an exchange or credit note if you return a watch within 14 days. 

Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased, with online and telephone purchases the security returns tag has to be untampered. 

Refunds will be processed after inspection in 5 working days. You can return a watch by post or in person at our Mayfair office.
